Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 3 months ago

We are unable to provide refunds once your order has been shipped. If you have a subscription, you will receive an email a few days before your subscription order is processed, so please initiate any cancellations or postponements before your order ships. Once FedEx has picked up your egg box, we unfortunately cannot retrieve the box.


However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged box, please submit your claim to SavedBy (if you added this to your order) here, or contact our support team immediately. We will review the situation and strive to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
