How do I pause my subscription?Updated 3 months ago

To pause your subscription on Seal Subscriptions (our subscription service), follow these steps:

1. Log into your Account Portal to receive a "magic link" that will allow you to see subscriptions linked to your email address. Please use the email address associated with your subscription. 

2. Access the Subscription Dashboard: Once logged in, navigate to your "Subscription" section. This is typically located in the account dashboard or under "My Subscriptions" in the navigation menu.

3. Select the Subscription to Pause: In the Subscription section, you'll see a list of all active subscriptions (or you might just have one). Click on the specific subscription you want to pause.

4. Pause the Subscription: Once inside the subscription details, you should see an option to "Pause" or "Temporarily Skip" the subscription. 

5. Confirm the Pause: After selecting the pause option, you'll typically need to confirm the action. This ensures the subscription will not be charged or shipped for the paused period.

6. Save Changes: Once confirmed, the subscription will be paused. You can return at any time to restart or resume your subscription.
