While you do not have to wash the eggs, you certainly can if that makes you most comfortable. To wash your eggs, simply place the egg under warm running water and gently rub your finger around the surface. You can also optionally use a dash of vinegar in a bowl, or a small amount of non-toxic dish soap. For maximum shelf life, we do recommend refrigerating your eggs as soon as you receive them, unwashed.
