What do I do if my eggs arrive damaged?Updated a month ago

We are truly sorry to hear if you have received any cracked eggs. We are continuously working on improving our packaging to guarantee zero cracked eggs. In fact, we are developing a brand new packaging design to ensure there are no cracked eggs, but this process is taking some time. 


If you purchased SavedBy order assurance with your order, please proceed to file a claim with SavedBy here.


If you did not purchase SavedBy, and you did receive any cracked or broken eggs, please email our customer support team within one week of your box delivery with a picture of the cracked egg(s) or the entire box. They will work with you to make this right and provide a refund for any unusable, broken eggs up to 1 dozen. 


If there is more extensive damage to the package, we will need to submit a claim to FedEx, so a picture is required to help proceed with the refund and potential claim.
