You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible as it will be in the FedEx shipping network and out of our control. We encourage you to consider your order carefully before completing your purchase, and stay up to date with your subscription to anticipate upcoming shipments. 

Subscriptions. We will send you an automated email a few days prior to renewal and shipment of a subscription order. This is a complementary reminder email, in which you can choose to pause or skip your subscription, but once the subscription is shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
